/* ============================================================================
   DEV UTILITY SCRIPT: DROP ALL USER TABLES (with FK handling & temporal off)
   ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
   PURPOSE : Clean the dev database so migrations can be replayed from scratch.
   SCOPE : Drops ONLY user tables. Order:
                1) Drop all foreign key constraints
                2) Disable system-versioning for temporal tables
                3) Drop all user tables
   WARNING : IRREVERSIBLE DATA LOSS. DO NOT RUN IN PRODUCTION.
   USAGE : Execute manually against a disposable development database only.
   NOTES    :
      * Uses OBJECT_SCHEMA_NAME(object_id) instead of SCHEMA_NAME(object_id)
      * Excludes system tables (is_ms_shipped = 1)
      * Uncomment exclusion filter below to keep specific tables
      * Does NOT drop views, functions, procedures, sequences — strictly tables
